HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION 

During the 2UNDR BFCM (Black Friday / Cyber Monday) Event and 12 DAYS OF 2UNDR orders will take longer to be processed and ship. The expected processing time can be estimated to be 5-7 business days or less. During this time be sure to check your email inbox and spam for updates or communication regarding your order

Orders over $250 will require signatures

Regular Shipping 

Please allow for 1-3 business days to process your order. 

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your purchase. Your package will generally be shipped via AusPost (however, all delivery options are at the discretion of the shipper) and will only be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We prefer to use an accredited courier service so your order is insured, and fully traceable.

2UNDR is not responsible for delays out of our control or acts of Mother Nature.

Please note that we are unable ship to PO boxes, and an alternate address will be requested, and will delay quoted shipping times.
