FIRST PAIR GUARANTEE

We stand behind every pair of 2UNDR underwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your first pair, we will refund your purchase, no hoops to jump through.

To be eligible:

• Applies to one pair of underwear purchased as a single unit from 2undranz.com
• One guarantee per customer, on their first purchase only
• Must be requested within 30 days of delivery
• Does not apply to Kaching bundle purchases
• Last Chance and sale items are not eligible
• Refund applies to the product price only; original shipping costs are not included

To make a claim, contact us at support@downundiesapparel.com.au with your order number. As the guarantee covers worn pairs, we will ask for a photo confirming the condition of the item before processing your refund.
