RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What can be returned or exchanged
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items purchased from 2undranz.com within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Due to hygiene requirements, underwear that has been tried on or worn cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Final sale items
Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price, including sale, Last Chance, and clearance items, are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Change of mind
If you would like to return or exchange an item for a different size, style, or colour, we are happy to help. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at the customer's expense. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue store credit to your account.
Defective or incorrect items
If you have received an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, we will cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund at your choice. Please contact us at support@downundiesapparel.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item, and we will sort it out straight away.

Warranty
For manufacturing defects outside the 30-day return window, please refer to our Warranty Policy.
Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
