Our Warranty Policy
Down Undies Apparel PTY Ltd offers a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects on all 2UNDR products purchased through 2undranz.com, from the original date of purchase.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please submit a Warranty Claim Form, and we will take care of you from there, just like our fabrics take care of everything else.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in materials or construction under normal use and care.
What is not covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or modification
- Products purchased from any seller other than 2undranz.com
- Items that have been replaced under our First Pair Guarantee
Your Australian Consumer Law Rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
