SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed before it is dispatched. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Delivery
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Australian metro areas: 2 to 5 business days
- Australian regional areas: 5 to 10 business days
- New Zealand: 10 to 15 business days
These are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays outside our control, including those caused by Australia Post or seasonal demand, may affect your delivery timeframe.
Signature on Delivery
Orders over $250 require a signature on delivery.
