Refund policy

FIRST PAIR GUARANTEE

Trying 2UNDR for the first time? Your very first single pair is covered. If you don't love it within 30 days, we'll refund it, even if it's been opened and worn. No need to send it back.

  • Applies to a customer's first purchase only, one guarantee per customer.
  • Covers the first single pair only. It does not apply to bundle packs.
  • Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@downundiesapparel.com.au with your order number.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items marked as Sale are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must include their original bags, tags, and/or boxes and must not be worn, washed or damaged in any way.
  • This applies to products purchased from the 2undranz.com online store only.
  • All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Outside of the First Pair Guarantee above, underwear that has been tried on or worn cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, for the health and safety of our customers.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE SHIPPING COSTS

For change of mind returns and exchanges, all shipping costs are at the customer's expense. This includes the cost of sending the item back to us and, for exchanges, the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

This does not apply to faulty items. If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and, where applicable, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us at support@downundiesapparel.com.au before returning any faulty item so we can arrange this with you.

Once you receive your return authorization from our team, you have 10 business days to complete it.

Returns sent back after the 10 business days will be refunded onto a 2UNDR Digital Gift Card.

2UNDR WARRANTY

2UNDR offers a 6-month warranty for manufacturer defects on select products from the original date of purchase, as long as your product was purchased from an authorized 2UNDR dealer. If you believe your 2UNDR product is defective for any reason, please contact us at support@downundiesapparel.com.au with your order number and photos of the defect.
Please note: This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, or purchased from any 3rd party seller that is not an authorized 2UNDR dealer. Nothing in this warranty limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

2UNDR PROMOTIONS & PRICE POLICY

Coupon codes and sales cannot be combined together or with other offers, including bundle savings. 2UNDR reserves the right to refund your order if a discount or promotion is being abused. Price adjustments cannot be made after your order has been placed and is processing.

Sale prices are defined as prices that are reduced from the original advertised price.

Discount codes do not work with sale items or bundle pricing.

BLACK FRIDAY, CYBER MONDAY & HOLIDAY PRICING

BFCM sales and holiday promotions will not be price matched or extended. Prices and promotions are valid only during the sale. No exceptions will be made to this rule, to remain fair to all of our valued customers.
